We use shipping services from our logistics partners and can deliver orders directly to customers' addresses.
SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping fees depend on the rates of the carrier, which are calculated based on product dimensions and delivery location. These costs will be displayed at the checkout step for customers to review and confirm before placing an order.

For international orders:

Customs duties and taxes are not included in the product price.

Orders may be subject to customs fees upon arrival, and we cannot predict these costs in advance.
DELIVERY & RECEIVING POLICY

Your order will be delivered to the provided address. Each order will have up to two delivery attempts (if the first attempt is unsuccessful, our staff will contact you to arrange a second delivery). If we are unable to reach you within two business days via call or message and receive no response, the order will be canceled.

Customers are allowed to inspect the product upon receiving the package.

Upon receiving the order, please complete the payment (if using the cash-on-delivery option) and sign the delivery confirmation.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
a. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
A product is eligible for return or exchange under the following conditions:

The product has a manufacturing defect.

The product is damaged or deformed during shipping.

The wrong product type or model was sent compared to the order.

The order is missing items.
b. Return & Exchange Requirements

Products being exchanged for another item must remain sealed and intact with the store’s anti-counterfeit label still in place. Refunds are not available for exchanges involving lower-priced products.

Custom-made or preordered products cannot be returned or exchanged.

For collectors seeking flawless products: Due to the nature of the materials used in sealed vinyl records from manufacturers, we do not accept returns or exchanges for minor imperfections such as creases on the inner sleeve or booklet or paper cracks on the sleeve due to die-cutting processes (which is common when the paper is not laminated). Only products with audio-related issues are eligible for returns.

Errors may occur in the listing of LP quantities per vinyl/CD set. Some editions may have different formats or disc quantities. If you are looking for a specific edition, please contact our hotline for details before placing an order.
c. Return & Exchange Timeframe

The return/exchange period is 7 days from the date of successful delivery for products with technical defects caused by the supplier or manufacturer.
