STORE POLICY

We highly appreciate the trust our customers place in us when purchasing our products. TinhHoa guarantees that all products sold are brand new and 100% authentic. In the rare case that the product you receive is defective, damaged, or does not match the description, we are committed to protecting our customers through our return and warranty policies.

1. PURCHASE POLICY

  • For limited edition products, each customer can purchase a maximum of 4 items within 7 days. We aim to ensure that as many customers and fans as possible have access to these exclusive editions. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Please inspect the plastic cases and the corners of vinyl records before leaving the store. We do not accept returns or exchanges for cracked plastic cases or dented record sleeves once the product has left the store.

  • For CDs with cracked cases, we will provide a replacement case upon request.

2. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • A product is eligible for return or exchange under the following conditions, provided that all return requirements are met:

  • The product has a manufacturer defect.

  • The product is damaged or deformed during shipping.

  • The wrong product type or model was sent compared to the order.

  • The order is missing items.

3. REFUND POLICY

  • If a product meets the return/exchange conditions and the customer requests a refund due to a defect, the absence of a replacement product, or the customer declining a substitute product, we will process a refund.

  • Refund method: Bank transfer.

  • Processing time: Within 3 days from the confirmation of the refund request. However, the refund process may take additional time due to the bank's payment processing procedures. We appreciate your patience in case of any delays caused by the bank.
